Diptronics Conflict Minerals Policy 

Diptronics Manufacturing Inc. is committed to responsible sourcing practices and to ensuring that the products we supply to our customers do not contribute to human rights abuses, armed conflict, or environmental harm.

In alignment with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), Diptronics requires its suppliers to source 3TG (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold) only from smelters and refiners that are conformant with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) or equivalent third-party audit programs.

Diptronics expects all suppliers to:

1. Conduct due diligence on their supply chains to identify the use and origin of 3TG.

2. Provide a current Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to Diptronics upon request.

3. Avoid sourcing from smelters or refiners that are non-conformant, linked to sanctioned entities, or associated with illicit activities.

Diptronics will continue to work closely with our suppliers to improve transparency and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including U.S. Dodd-Frank Section 1502 and customer-specific requirements.
